The loading, printing and packing line for shotgun cartridges RAMBA DOUBLE has a capacity from 0 to 12000 strokes per hour. It is composed of the loading machine RAMBA 150 and the auto-packing machine RAMBA 151; in alternative, it may be connected to the semi- automatic packing machine RAMBA 650 (coupled with the printing machine RAMBA 650/01 if needed). It is sold equipped with a caliber at choice among 12, 16, 20, 28 and 36. The machine is equipped with highly sensitive checking sensors to stop it in case a problem occurs and simultaneously show on a Touch Screen Monitor any kind of loading irregularity. The machine is equipped with an electronic device to adjust the speed according to the loading requirement. In its standard execution, it is supplied ready to load small shot until 3.5 mm dia. For bigger sizes, a specific dosing device is available. In this case, the capacity of the machine will be lower.
